What is included
Typical scope. Your quotation confirms exactly what applies.
- Patch repairs and touch-up painting
- Replacement of simple fittings such as handles, hooks and curtain rails
- Minor repairs to doors, cupboards and trims
- Clearing and cleaning of gutters within safe reach
- Preparing units between tenants, combined with cleaning where needed
Not included, or by specialist
Listed so you know where the scope ends.
- Electrical work that requires a registered electrician or a certificate of compliance.
- Plumbing and gas work that requires a registered or licensed practitioner.
- Structural, roofing or waterproofing work.
- Emergency call-outs. Tenax does not currently offer an emergency service.

Site assessment
Maintenance lists are usually checked on site, so each item can be scoped and anything needing a specialist identified.
Once-off or recurring
Quoted per maintenance list. A recurring arrangement can be discussed once a scope is agreed.
Service area
Property maintenance is offered in Potchefstroom and surrounding areas.
Selected work elsewhere in North West and neighbouring provinces may be considered according to scope, travel and capacity.

We check each item and flag anything that needs a specialist.
Step 3: Written quotation
You receive the items in scope, the materials and exclusions.
Step 4: Scheduling
We agree access and timing, especially for occupied properties.
Step 5: Completion and check-off
Items are completed and checked off against the list with you.
