How we work

   Step 1: Enquiry and initial assessment

   You tell us what you need through the quotation form, WhatsApp, telephone or email.

   • We review the information and may ask follow-up questions or for photographs.
   • If the work is outside what we do, we tell you rather than quoting anyway.
2. 2

   Step 2: Site assessment where necessary

   Many jobs need to be seen before they can be priced properly. Site visits are arranged in advance.

   • We look at the surfaces, access, finishes and any risks.
   • We follow your site rules and safety requirements during the visit.

   Step 3: Written quotation and agreed scope

   You receive a written quotation that sets out the work included, the exclusions and what each party supplies.

   • Work starts only once you have accepted the quotation.
   • Anything not listed in the scope is not assumed to be included.

   Step 4: Scheduling and mobilisation

   We agree dates, access, working hours and a contact person on each side.

   • For construction sites, we complete inductions and fit around your programme.
   • For occupied properties, we agree how to limit disruption.

   Step 5: Supervised delivery

   Work is carried out against the agreed scope, with Tenax responsible for oversight on site.

   • Progress and any problems are communicated as they arise.
   • Where a specialist is needed, it is agreed with you before they are brought in.

   Step 6: Inspection and client sign-off

   We inspect the work with you against the agreed scope before closing the job.

   • Items inside the scope that need attention are recorded and attended to.
   • You sign off once the agreed work is complete.

   Step 7: Scope changes

   If you need something added or changed, we confirm it in writing before doing it.

   • Changes that affect cost or timing are quoted and agreed first.
   • This keeps the final invoice aligned with what you approved.

   Step 8: Concerns after completion

   If you have a concern about completed work, contact us with the reference and photographs.

   • We review each concern against the agreed scope and respond with the next step.
   • Any workmanship terms are those stated in your accepted quotation.

• Post-construction cleaning

  Builders' cleans after new builds, renovations and fit-outs, so spaces can be inspected, handed over or occupied.

• General and recurring cleaning

  Once-off deep cleans and scheduled cleaning for offices, institutions, rental properties and homes.

• Interior and exterior painting

  Repainting and refreshing walls, ceilings, trims and exterior surfaces, with preparation agreed up front.

• Vinyl frosting and privacy film

  Frosted and privacy film for office partitions, windows and glass doors, measured and fitted on site.

• Paving and external works

  Paved driveways, walkways and yard areas, plus related external repairs, scoped and quoted after a site visit.

• Property maintenance

  General maintenance and minor repairs that keep properties presentable and usable, scoped job by job.

• Construction and facilities support

  Defined support packages for contractors and facility managers, such as site cleaning and finishing trades, discussed case by case.
