Unpaved yards and walkways turn muddy and dusty and are harder to maintain.

A paved area laid to agreed levels and falls, using the materials specified in the quotation.
External areas that are easier to use, clean and maintain.
What is included

- Site assessment of levels, drainage and existing surfaces
- Lifting and relaying of existing pavers where they can be reused
- Preparation and compaction of the base as specified in the quotation
- Laying of new pavers, edging and kerbing
- Small external repairs related to the paved area, as agreed
- Clearing of the work area on completion
Not included, or by specialist
Listed so you know where the scope ends.
- Stormwater design, engineered drainage or bulk earthworks. These need a specialist and can be coordinated where appropriate.
- Asphalt or concrete roadworks for public roads.
- Heavy-vehicle surfaces that require engineering design, unless the design is supplied.
- Removal of large volumes of rubble or soil unless included in the quotation.

Paving projects are focused on Potchefstroom and surrounding areas. Material delivery and travel affect projects further afield.
Selected work elsewhere in North West and neighbouring provinces may be considered according to scope, travel and capacity.
How the work is delivered
Step 1: Enquiry
Describe the area and its use, with photographs if possible.
Step 2: Site visit
We measure, check levels and drainage and discuss materials.
Step 3: Written quotation
You receive the area, materials, base preparation and exclusions in writing.
Step 4: Scheduling
We agree dates, materials delivery and access.
Step 5: Construction
Base preparation, laying, edging and compaction to the agreed specification.
Step 6: Hand-over
We walk the finished area with you and clear the site.
