The scope, programme, responsibilities and exclusions are set out in writing.
Step 4: Mobilisation
We complete site inductions and agree reporting with your site team.
Step 5: Delivery
Work proceeds against the programme, with regular communication on progress.
Step 6: Close-out
Completed work is inspected and signed off against the scope.
