- Protection of floors, fittings and furniture in the work area
- Surface preparation such as washing, scraping, sanding and filling of minor cracks
- Priming where the surface requires it
- Painting of walls, ceilings, doors, frames and trims
- Exterior walls and boundary walls within safe working reach
- Cleaning up of the work area after painting
Not included, or by specialist
Listed so you know where the scope ends.
- Repair of structural cracks, rising damp or water leaks. These should be diagnosed and fixed first; we can advise when we see signs of them.
- Work at height that needs scaffolding or lifts, unless access equipment is arranged and confirmed in the quotation.
- Specialist coatings such as roof waterproofing, epoxy floors or industrial coatings, unless specifically quoted.
- Removal of lead-based paint.

Site assessment
Most painting work is assessed on site, because surface condition affects the preparation and cost.
Small interior jobs can sometimes be quoted from clear photographs and measurements.
Once-off or recurring
Quoted per job. Planned repainting across several units or buildings can be discussed.
Service area
Painting work is focused on Potchefstroom and surrounding areas. Larger projects further afield may be considered.
Selected work elsewhere in North West and neighbouring provinces may be considered according to scope, travel and capacity.
How the work is delivered
Step 1: Enquiry
Describe the surfaces and their condition, ideally with photographs.
Step 2: Assessment
We check the surfaces, measure and note any preparation or repairs needed.
Step 3: Written quotation
The quotation lists surfaces, preparation, product type, coats and exclusions.
Step 4: Colour and scheduling
You confirm colours, and we agree dates and access.
Step 5: Preparation and painting
Surfaces are protected and prepared, then painted to the agreed specification.
Step 6: Walk-through
We inspect the finished work with you and attend to items within the agreed scope.
