About Tenax Projects
Why Tenax exists
Properties need steady, practical care: cleaning after construction, repainting between tenants, privacy for glass, paving that drains properly and regular upkeep. Clients need a provider who agrees the work clearly and then does what was agreed.
Tenax Projects Pty Ltd was registered in South Africa in 2026 (registration number 2026/340442/07) and is based in Potchefstroom, North West. We are a young company, and we intend to grow by being dependable on each job rather than by making claims we cannot yet support.
The name
Tenax is Latin for holding fast, or steadfast. For us it describes a way of working: holding to the agreed scope, keeping in touch while the work is under way and finishing what we start.
Leadership
Patric Tsotetsi
Director
As director, Patric Tsotetsi is responsible for the direction of Tenax Projects, its client relationships and its quotations: reviewing enquiries, agreeing scope with clients and overseeing delivery against what was agreed.
Tenax has a small permanent operations team. Where a job needs specialist skills, we use suitable specialists or subcontractors, and agree this with you in the quotation.
How we work, in practice
Say what is included
Every quotation lists the scope and the exclusions. If it is not written down, we do not assume it.
Hold to what was agreed
We work to the agreed scope and confirm any change in writing before doing it.
Communicate early
If something changes on site, such as access, weather or a problem underneath a surface, you hear it from us when we find it.
Grow responsibly
We take on work we can deliver properly, and say no, or refer on, when a job is outside what we can do.
